Description

Introduction

You’re a scientist or engineer driven to confront challenging unsolved problems by leveraging the world’s most cutting-edge technologies. You excel in fast-paced environments. You are interested in exploring how to integrate human expertise and computational tools to design new chemical entities.

Company

Novel therapeutics require novel methods. ProteinQure is building the next generation of computational tools to aid in early-stage drug discovery. We're using a combination of physical simulations, quantum computing and reinforcement learning to reimagine how pharma companies create new therapeutics. The tools and molecules we are making will transform the world. To do that, we’ve built a team defined by courage and determination. It doesn't matter whether you are inventing novel machine learning techniques, reimagining life science partnerships or designing cutting edge experiments; working with us involves having the courage to reinvent the status quo and the determination to see it through.

Position Overview

Software development for the integration and automation of computational protein design protocols (protein structure determination, stability, docking). Aid in the design of machine learning algorithms for drug discovery. Assist in the research and development of new protein design methods (understanding strengths and weaknesses of competing approaches). Work side-by-side with chemists, biologists, computer scientists, and software developers to develop novel methods for protein design.
